As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, including managing a team of Concrete Laborers, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Your role will involve supervising workers, coordinating schedules, and managing resources effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish.
- Oversee the work of construction crews and subcontractors.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Coordinate schedules and allocate resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or potential problems.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any design or construction-related issues.
Skills:
